Racial Attention Deficit

If you care about inclusion and diversity then you need to read these findings. Even in organisations filled with people who act in best interest of their Black peers, they still find that "white participants presume that Black peers are less competent—and fail to learn from their choices.". This has direct and negative consequense for the Black peers.

How We Work at feenk

I got to be honest with you, I still don't quite know what to think of this, but it's something else. Since I recently made the decision to be a full-time, remote only employee in a hybrid organisation I have done a lot of think around how to work together. At feenk they certainly do something that works for them but can seem quite extreme to others.
